    巧克力香蕉慕斯蛋糕

     
    材料:

    蛋糕底:饼干碎,黄油

    香蕉慕斯层:香蕉1根半,牛奶125ml,淡奶油250ml,糖一勺,鱼胶粉7g

    巧克力姆斯层:黑巧克力100g,牛奶125ml,淡奶油250ml,糖一勺,鱼胶粉7g



    做法:

    饼干压岁,加入融化的黄油拌匀后铺在蛋糕模地步 并压实








    香蕉+牛奶+糖 在搅拌机中打成果茸

    鱼胶粉+少许牛奶融化后倒入香蕉茸中 混合均匀

    再加入打发的淡奶油 混合均匀 (淡奶油打到稍微还可以流动的状态)

    将香蕉慕斯层混合物 倒入模具 稍微震动让其表面均匀








    铺上一层香蕉片








    倒入巧克力慕斯层







    巧克力慕斯层做法:

    巧克力+糖+部分牛奶 隔水融化

    鱼胶粉+剩余牛奶融化

    淡奶油打法

    将所有材料混合均匀即可





    放入冰箱冷藏数小时后 取出 脱模 装饰
